Computer Training
Are you able to offer computer software training
at your facility?
Are you able to perform computer software training
at my site during regular business hours?
Why are you unable to offer computer software
training for more applications than listed on your website?

All I want is for someone to sit down with me
for a few hours and show me how to use ABC Application; can you
provide this type of training?

Can you provide custom training materials based
on our individual training needs?
We aren’t necessarily interested in training
on specific software. We simply need someone to help us become oriented
with how to use email and the internet in relation to being more
proficient in our jobs. Can you help?
We recently began using computers at our company,
however most of our employees aren’t computer savvy. Can you
help?
Are you able to offer computer software

No, not at this time due to spacing constraints
necessary to provide adequate training.
Are you able to perform computer software
training at my site during regular business hours?
No, not at this time. Currently, training
is available Monday thru Friday after 5:30pm and all day on Saturday
and Sundays.
Why are you unable to offer computer
software training for more applications than listed on your website?
BKC Technology is a company of one at
this time. It’s tough for one person to be proficient enough
in all applications to be able to provide value-added training to
others. If you have a need for training in a topic that is not included
on the BKC Technology website, please feel free to email with your
inquiry for confirmation.
Do you have your own computer and
projector to use when delivering your trainings and presentations?
BKC Technology does have a laptop to perform
trainings which require one. If a projector is necessary for training,
I ask that you have one available for use where the training will
be performed. If you do not have one available, BKC Technology has
a source or two where one can be rented for a nominal fee.
All I want is for someone to sit down
with me for a few hours and show me how to use ABC Application;
can you provide this type of training?
Yes, I’d enjoy sitting down one
on one or one to a few and providing individualized and detailed
training on an informal basis. The only requirement is that the
topic to be delivered is one that I am proficient enough in to provide
such training. Feel free to send me an email to inquire about the
type of training you are interested.
Do you charge the same rate regardless
of the number of attendees in your class?
Yes, I charge a training rate per hour
regardless of the number of attendees. However, I do have a maximum
number of attendees I’ll accept in any one given class. The
maximum number of attendees per class is 8. I find that smaller
classes yield higher retention rates and more satisfaction among
the attendees.
Do you provide training guides and
other training materials and aides to attendees?
For an additional fee, training materials
can be provided by BKC Technology.
Can you provide custom training materials
based on our individual training needs?
Yes, custom training materials can be
provided for an additional fee.
