Standard packages are a wonderful way to develop a web presence at a lower initial cost. Standard packages are geared toward small start-up companies or the budget conscious looking for a way to have a website without breaking the bank.

Standard packages may include the following:

Home Page	name, address, phone, fax, website, email; Company logo, graphics, and tagline, and business hours; Up to 3 paragraphs of information and a list of points of interest; Primary navigation bar at top or side, secondary navigation bar at bottom, and webmaster contact information.
Product / Service Page	Small photo or graphic representation and brief description.
FAQ Page	Frequently asked questions by customers, vendors, and others and respective answers.
Contact Us Page	All desired methods of contacting your organization are included.
About Us Page	Information regarding your business, mission, vision, purpose, etc.
Links Page	List of organizations, affiliations, etc. you wish to promote.

Standard package web design includes site layout, background design & color, font sizing & color, links to internal and external web pages, and photos or bitmap images.

All site content including text, photos, logos, and company specific graphics are to be provided by the customer. If these items are desired, but not available, additional services may be discussed to accommodate your needs such as Custom Design, Graphics Design, Consultation, etc.

Custom design is available for those who prefer a more unique web presence in terms of design, layout, content, graphics, delivery, and interactivity. After the initial consultation, a needs-analysis and multiple follow-up discussions will be necessary to provide a representative cost estimate and scope of work.

Custom Design Package	Websites designed by BKC Technology that fit the definition of the Custom Package web design fall into this category. Maintenance costs are only nominally higher than Std Pkg prices due to the increased complexity, frequency, and depth of site maintenance. Prepayment discounts are available.
Sites designed elsewhere	Websites not designed by BKC Technology fit into this category. Because websites can vary from simple to extremely complex and can vary in their coding, layout, design, etc. based upon the development and design tools used maintenance costs will vary. Prepayment discounts are available.

A majority of individuals who browse the web utilize search engines such as Yahoo, Google, and AltaVista, to locate desired websites. There are two or three aspects of ensuring that your website will appear in the results when searching the web with a search engine.
